Insurance Accepted

Most major insurance carriers cover chiropractic services with a small co-pay or co-insurance at the time of visit. Kouch Chiropractic is a preferred provider for:

Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shields, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts.

Patients with out of network benefits using Aetna, United Health Care, and Cigna, GIC, and many more have chiropractic coverage. If you are unsure about your plan, call and we will gladly verify your benefits for you. Most out of state plans cover chiropractic as well. We will not balance bill your account.

We will also gladly accept Personal Injury Insurance (Motor Vehicle Accidents) and Workers Compensation. No co-pay is required for these services. We work closely with lawyers to ensure the best care for you.

If your insurance is not listed above, we will provide you with a "superbill" with all the necessary diagnostic and procedural codes which you can submit for re-imbursement from your individual carrier.
